The high professionalism of the Como Hotel School, which has in the Province of Como Training, Orientation and Employment Agency, in the Monteolimpino area, a hotbed of specialization for the various catering sectors, welcomed the official evening closing of the XII edition of Hunt in the Kitchen, established with increasing success since 2002. Aims and results have long been acquired to the great satisfaction of those who had thought and planned it between the little attention of the time and the great interest of today that has touched more than 200 restaurants that, officially, have signed up for this friendly competition for research. and safeguarding that rural nature of the values of our territory, so varied, but worthy of being protected as a clearly evident sign of a biodiversity to be preserved.
The Delegation of the International Council for Hunting and Protection of Fauna / CIC, the ANUU Migratoristi, which has always supported the initiative, the ERSAF / Regional Body for the Protection of Agriculture and Forests, did well, which the typical products of Lombardy, the provincial administrations and the various trade institutes that have allowed the involvement of vehicles and products in the various sectors of competence.
In short, in the Province of Como, both dr.
