Like father Like Son? The judges of the Regional Administrative Court of Friuli Venezia Giulia I'm not of the same opinion. The magistrates of the TAR, in fact, have been called to resolve a very particular legal question that has divided a Friulian hunter and the Police Headquarters of Pordenone. What exactly happened? The son of man has seen the revocation hunting license, given that there would not have been the necessary conditions to guarantee reliability.
Simply put, the father would have abused his duties to gain a prominent position within a game reserve and the same son would have taken advantage of it, more precisely by carrying out the hunting activity in what has been defined as "Personal hunting area". In the area in question, just 4 people would have gone hunting: father, son and two family friends, so much so as to talk about impropriety and to authorize the revocation by the police.
The administrative judges overturned the decision. The behaviors, in fact, were referred exclusively to the father, as well as "emphasized for co-responsibility". The conditions for the revocation have not been found and the son of man has regained the rifle port license.
My question is simple (who's in charge, the judges or law enforcement officers?)
