As disclosed by the Provincial Federcaccia of Brescia, three important changes to the regional law 26/93. FIDC Lombardia has paid particular attention to the drafting of the texts together with other amendments that are no less important but more of a technical nature. The consent obtained by the councilor Fabio Rolfi is fundamental who took care of the relations with the various political groups and the commitment, always lavished with great generosity and intelligence by Floriano Massardi.
The first of the three amendments provides for the elimination of the limit of 55 hunting days provided only by regional law but not by national law; a limitation that prevented many hunters, lucky for the time available, from concluding the hunting seasons. Furthermore the Region's intention to extend some forms of hunting, think of the selection of wild boar, it needed the abolition of this rule. The second amendment, fundamental to eliminate too many misunderstandings and injustices perpetrated in recent years, provides that to measure the legal distances of the huts it is necessary to follow the morphology of the terrain and not the straight line between the two points. In this way, many historic huts have been canceled.
Finally, the most important of the three amendments. Due to the new cadastral classification, the historic “little houses” very often close to the huts are no longer considered a “tool shed” but a rural building. We all know the little houses are gods buildings built in past years only as warehouses for agricultural tools and for the bird cages of the huts and today they cannot be considered rural properties like a farmhouse or a stable in the lowlands. And in any case, the new denomination envisaged by the Region will only apply to existing huts and not to new ones. We at Federcaccia Lombardia have worked hard for the drafting of these texts and we can only be satisfied with the work done and thank Rolfi and Massardi as well as many others majority directors for the support they have given us and will give us. Then, as usual, the victory will have a hundred fathers.
