The Legislative Assembly of Marche approved a bill that modifies and strengthens some aspects of the regional law 7/95 on hunting and tending to respond to the unclear situation that arose following the order of the Council of State. Giancarlo Gasparini, president of the Marches section of the Free Hunt, commented on these changes. Here is what he said: "These are two innovations (reduction of the surcharge for those who pay late the registration fee to the ATC the first, variation of the time of annotation of the game shot on the hunting card the second) and a "recovery" let's call it that.
The third modification I have defined "recovery" because it is not an improvement measure but only the restoration of the pre-existing situationordinance of the Council of State which suspended hunting in Natura 2000 sites (SIC and ZPS, about 15% of the regional territory) following an animal rights appeal. With this provision, the Region has extended the validity of the provincial wildlife / hunting plans up toadoption of the new regional wildlife plan and in any case no later than 31 December 2019. Following this regulatory change, the Regional Council, presumably within this week, will decide to confirm the pre-ordinance hunting calendar of the Council of State and immediately afterwards it will be possible to go back to hunting in Natura 2000 sites. .
Regional Free Hunting, while censuring the Region for the inadmissible delays in terms of wildlife, has supported it with its lawyers (therefore concretely, with the facts) since the animal rights appeal to the Council of State. Today we followed the discussion both with the presence in the classroom with some regional cadres of our Association, and with direct and constant contacts of the undersigned regional president with some councilors of the majority, so much so that I gave the news of the vote to the National President and the Provincial Presidents when the result was still on the luminous display of the Regional Council. Well, the Fidc regional president has issued a statement stigmatizing the absence in the classroom to advise (to attend the discussion) of Libera Caccia and Arcicaccia without knowing that we were there and still allowing himself to judge the behavior of others without having the slightest knowledge and above all no title.
To all who preach (rightly from many points of view) the unity of the hunting world, I point out this umpteenth unspeakable behavior of Federcaccia where we try to prove false in order to denigrate other Hunting Associations instead of celebrating a positive result (we certainly cannot call it a success) to which many (some more and some less) have contributed. What to say? The world has always been made up of those who work and gazettieri, we of Free Hunt we belong to the first category ".
