The Legislative Assembly ofEmilia Romagna approved the Regional hunting fauna plan 2018-2023. Pd, Si and Misto-Mdp voted in favor, Ln, M5s, Fi and Misto-Mns against, Fdi abstained. Michele Facci (Misto-Mns), in the declaration of vote, urged the Region to insist at the national level that more effective forms of monitoring and containment of wolves and wolf / dog hybrids, given the damage to farms is on the worrying increase in almost all regions. Two amendments of the Pd, of a technical nature, have been approved: the first, signed by Mirco Bagnari, Barbara Lori, Luciana Serri and Gian Luigi Molinari; the second, by Bagnari. Finally, with a sub-amendment by the Dem Bagnari, an amendment by the pentastellata Giulia Gibertoni aimed at promoting a working table with neighboring regions to verify the effectiveness of current regulations on the protection of mountain passes affected by bird migration.
On the other hand, seven amendments presented by Giulia Gibertoni (M5s) were rejected. In addition, four agendas were also approved by the Democratic Party, signed by the same councilors presenting the amendments. The first, aimed at to urge the establishment of the Service Centers of the Atc, one on a provincial basis, to whom to entrust, in agreement, the management of the protection areas. The second, aimed at urging the government to clarify the legal nature of wolf / dog hybrids and to support the prevention of damage caused by wolves and hybrids to livestock farms. The third, aimed at soliciting the national executive to strengthen the provincial police. The fourth, finally, aimed at urging the government to review the rules on hunting wildlife management and to set up a fund, on the model of the Guarantee Fund for road victims, to support local authorities to face the compensation due following the accidents caused by wild animals.
Approved, thanks to an amendment by the Democratic Party, an agenda signed by Fabio Rainieri, Massimiliano Pompignoli, Andrea Liverani, Gabriele Delmonte (Ln), Giancarlo Tagliaferri (Fdi) and Andrea Galli (Fi), aimed at increasing regional funds for prevention and the contrast of predatory attacks by wolves and hybrids. As was approved, again with an amendment by Bagnari (Pd), an agenda presented by Andrea Bertani (M5s) which commits the Council to continue to develop a GIS tool (territorial information systems), therefore georeferenced, to archive data in digital format and to evaluate, on an experimental basis, of provide hunters in the region with an electronic hunting card. Finally, an agenda presented by Ln, Fi and Fdi as well as one by the councilor Gibertoni was rejected.
