The provincial section of Brescia of Italian Federation of Hunting has made it known that she is engaged in the preparation of a course concerning ungulates. This is a series of lessons that will take place next 8 March to learn to treat the meat of animals immediately after killing, an operation that is increasingly important to carry out with the utmost care. The main objective of the course is to demonstrate in a practical way how to section a roe immediately after the cleaning and maturation phases.
In addition, ample space will be given to explanations relating to the preparation for the storage of the meat in the freezer. There will be insights into the immediate consumption of the product. The location chosen by Federcaccia Brescia is that of San Zeno Naviglio: the hunting association recalled that during the lesson there will be a professional butcher, so as to take advantage of his experience in the field.
