There are very few days left toedition number 28 of the Festa del Cacciatore of Perignano. It is one of the hamlets of Municipality of Casciana Terme-Lari, in the province of Pisa. From 10 to 15 August and then again from 17 to 19 August the program will be very rich. What is expected in these nine days? Gastronomy will be the great protagonist of the Tuscan event, given that you will be able to enjoy succulent food and prepared with wisdom.
In particular, the paccheri al partridge sauce and truffles, not to mention the medallions stuffed with porcini mushrooms. The menu also includes several steaks and Florentine steaks weighing over a kilo, without forgetting the roast cockerels, the pork loin with peas, mixed roasts of pork and many cold dishes. The food stands on site, more precisely along the Via Livornese Ovest, will be open every evening starting from 20. On August 15, then, there will be the possibility to consume the various dishes for lunch.
dancing and live music will accompany the days of the festival. The entire organization will be taken care of by the municipal section of Lari of the Italian Federation of Hunting. The Municipality of Casciana Terme-Lari was established in 2014 after the meeting of the territories that in 1927 they had been detached from the Municipality of Lari to create the municipality of Bagni di Casciana: Bagni Casciana, Sant'Ermo, Collemontanino, Ceppato, Parlascio.
