Usseglio, a small alpine village in the province of Turin, is the location chosen for the first edition of the Feast of the Piedmontese Hunter, event organized by regional section of the Italian Federation of Hunting. The appointment is the calendar for next September 18th, so there are exactly three weeks left. What is included in the official program?
At 10:30 there will be the meeting at the Multipurpose Hall of the Municipality, while half an hour later we will proceed with the presentation and the official start of the works. At 11:15 am, however, the report with the title will be presented "Wildlife management: an impossible challenge?", edited by Ezio Ferroglio, professor of the Department of Veterinary Sciences of the University of Turin. At 12, then, it will be the turn of the video projection of the film "Emotions from the Piedmont Mountains", work edited by Vincenzo Decarolis, Ekoclub regional coordinator.
At 12:30 the garden hosting the monument dedicated to the mountain hunter (at Via XXIV Maggio). An interesting lunch will follow at the Furnasa Hotel Restaurant at a price of 25 euros per person (the number of places is limited): there will be prizes offered by Federcaccia, CAT04 and other sponsors with draws among those present.
