Art. 1 (Confirmation of the provisions contained in art. 4 of Ordinance no. 649 of December 9, 2020 and of Ordinance no. 670 of December 23, 2020) 1. Starting from January 27, 2021 and until March 5, 2021, limited to the days in which the Lombardy Region is classified in the so-called orange zone referred to in article 2 of the decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of 3 December 2020, the provisions of art. 4 of the Ordinance n. 649 of 9 December 2020, as extended by Ordinance no. 670 of 23 December 2020.

Art. 4 (Agricultural, wildlife control, hunting and fishing activities)
3) With reference to wildlife control and hunting activities:
a) the control activity pursuant to art. 41 of Regional Law 26/93 must be carried out in compliance with the following conditions:
the movements of the subjects referred to in art. are allowed within the provincial territory. 48, paragraph 5 of Regional Law 26/93 for control and containment interventions coordinated by the Provincial Police and by the Police of the Metropolitan City of Milan;
the owners or tenants of the estates in which the control plans are implemented, with a hunting license, authorized pursuant to art. 41 of Regional Law 26/93, can be activated according to the coordination methods established by the Provincial Police and by the Police of the Metropolitan City of Milan with the methods, times and means provided for by the control plans of the species concerned pursuant to the current regional provisions on the matter. ;
the movement of qualified and authorized subjects pursuant to art. 41 of Regional Law 26/93, which the Provincial Police and the Police of the Metropolitan City of Milan can use in carrying out the control interventions, takes place within the limits set by the same judicial police bodies;
b) moving outside the municipality of residence, domicile or home is allowed:
to hunters, for the exercise of hunting activities in the hunting area or in the alpine hunting area of hunting residence or registration, including hunting from fixed stalking, and all activities complementary to hunting and control, such as, for example, the training and training of dogs, the recovery of injured ungulates and the transport and treatment of carcasses to the appropriate collection centers, in compliance with the sector regulations;
to hunters entitled to hunting within private institutes, or of the wildlife-hunting companies and agri-tourism hunting companies, as authorized by the concessionaire of the company, in compliance with the sector regulations.
c) The hunting activity and the wildlife control activity are limited only to residents of Lombardy by registry office and exclusively within the regional administrative borders and, therefore, hunting activities or control activities are not allowed. hunters and qualified and authorized subjects with registered residence outside the administrative boundaries of the Lombardy region, even in the case of domicile or residence within the regional territory.
The movements and the exercise of all the activities set out above must take place in compliance with the social distancing measures and with the use of the provided personal protective equipment.
