Partridges with blueberries

4 partridges, 250 g of blueberries, 200 g of apples, 200 g of sugar, 1 lemon peel, 1 cinnamon stick, 100 g of butter
Empty the partridges, wash them, dry them and brown them in a pan with butter for about 20 minutes over low heat, turning them often.
Meanwhile, peel the apples, wash the blueberries and boil them in water; then put them in a saucepan with the grated lemon zest, cinnamon and sugar and cook for 15 minutes.
When the partridges are cooked, arrange them on a serving dish and serve with the cooked fruit around them.
