Le hunting associations of Piedmont have become aware in recent days of the changes made to the regional hunting calendar as regards the 2018-2019 season. The new and controversial law has distorted some parts of the text, as established by the Department of Agriculture. The changes may not have ended there, however. In fact they are different proposed changes to the calendar, starting from an obligation to be abolished, that of transferring wild boar collected to the control centers during the planned interventions in the Alpine Hunting Areas.
Selection hunters, then, could avoid the shooting test in the event that the collection of the hunting card takes place in the days preceding the next 15 October. Furthermore, the calendar should include three half days as far as it concerns it quail hunting with canine aid, specifically in early September.
The other changes have to do with the hunting of woodcock and hare, without forgetting the zoning of the territory in which to take wild boars with the teams, always within the Alpine Districts. The new regional law has disappointed the whole hunting world (first of all the cancellation of the Sundays) and these possible changes still need to be discussed to make the text at least linear.
