THESavona Hunting Territorial Area 1 has received new indications from the Zooprophylactic Institute regarding the number of wild boar samples that need to be analyzed. As the Ligurian ATC has announced, each team has the task of deliver samples from 3 ungulates. For each animal, moreover, other material is needed.
In order, the hunters are called to deliver a tube of blood taken from the eye (in this case the wild boar should not be gutted yet), a portion of the diaphragm (the muscle), to be precise at least 150 grams, the whole spleen and a portion of the liver (at least 150 grams, therefore about half an organ to be really calm).
In addition, the list includes a boar's ear, the whole heart, not forgetting which samples must be placed in a large bag. Once everything has been collected, it is necessary to label with the date and number of the team, inserting in the large bag the anamnestic form. The wild boars to be analyzed therefore decreased from 5 to 3: in addition, the portion of gola wild (useful for investigating lymph nodes) and perirenal fat.
