From 25 to 28 August 2016, the World Championships will take place in Craiova, Romania International Cynological Federation (FCI) intended for rescue dogs in teams. The recruiter Bruno Piccinelli officially communicated that pre-registrations have been opened, which must be received no later than next February 29th. The event includes three disciplines, namely surface research, research in the rubble and research on the track. The teams must respect the procedures for the selection.
First of all, there will be two tests for each of the disciplines that have just been listed: any admission will take place after participation in two of the tests that are scheduled. The same selector can still decide to organize a third test, to be carried out in July and useful for a final check of the teams. The valid results will only be those with a final qualification of at least "Good": if this qualification has not been achieved by more than one team, then the selector may also consider the qualification "Sufficient" valid.
Which dogs can be selected? Animals must be owned by the tenant; in the case of dogs from foreign countries, it will be necessary to register in the register ofItalian National Dog-loving Body at least six months before the start of the world championship (therefore at least by the end of February). Each team must be composed of three dog units, a reserve unit and the team leader must not be missing. Once the first trial is over, the change of a single dog unit must receive the breeder's authorization.
The reserves will be able to go to the Craiova World Cup after the approval of the selector. All those who send the prescription will receive a registration form detailing all the dates and places of the selections, which must be returned by next April 30th. The last edition of this world championship is that of 2014. The event took place in Caselette, in the province of Turin: on that occasion the representatives of thirteen nations participated (Austria, Belgium, Finland, Croatia, Germany, France , Italy, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Romania, Sweden and Hungary) with evidence also of obedience and dexterity.
The team presented by Yellow Flames managed to take the third place finish, obtaining the highest score in the test of research under the rubble. In the 2010 World Championship in Val Seriana Italy was capable of a great exploit, with the gold medal for the discipline of track research and second place in the search among the rubble and those missing on the surface.
