La Veneto region has decreed the ban on hunting until the last day of September of the hunting season 2018-2019, in places of considerable tourist interest to protect the integrity and quiet of the area. The areas are different. At a depth of one thousand meters from the beating of the wave to the ground and the same distance towards the sea, this measure concerns the entire territory of the islands of Lido and Pellestrina up to the Caroman lighthouse; from the mouth of the Tagliamento to Porto Baseleghe; from Porto Falconera to Punta Sabbioni; from the port of Chioggia to Porto Caleri; from Port Caleri to the Guardia di Finanza of Caleri, then, going up north along the eastern embankments of Valle Passerella, up to Cason Bocca Vecchia and, continuing, up to Fossone and from here to the mouth of the Adige.
The depth drops to 200 meters from the wave's head towards the ground and the same distance towards the sea: the places included are the coasts delimited to the north by the mouth of the Po di Levante, to the south-west by the waters of "La Vallona", to the south from the mouth of the Po di Maistra; Boccasette beach, Scanno del Palo, Scanno del Gallo on the mouth of the Po di Maistra, Scanno Boa on the mouth of the Po di Pila, Barricata beach, Bonelli beach, Bastimento beach in front of the Po di Tolle, “Marina 70” on the Sacca degli Scardovari up to 150 meters from its perimeter, Bacucco beach between the Po di Goro and the Po di Gnocca.
On Lake Garda and in the strip of territory which, for a depth of 500 meters, flanks the "Eastern Gardesana" road, from the border with the province of Brescia to the border with the province of Trento.
