The initiatives related to the project are continuing "Wild and Good: a supply chain to be enhanced" promoted by UNA Foundation (Man Nature Environment) Onlus. Next week #Wildfood "Tastings from the territory" will start in Bergamo, a cycle of 4 tasting evenings with preparations based on game meat of the territory combined with other local food and wine excellences. The first appointment was set for Thursday 12 July, at ASTA Agricultural Brewery in Ponte Nossa, in the province of Bergamo.
Three more dates will follow. It is Thursday 19 July, when the tasting will take place at Osteria Bastili di Teveno, a hamlet of Vilminore di Scalve. It will continue on Wednesday 25 July with the appointment of “Vini e Sfizi” in Bergamo. The last evening will be that of August 2 with Rovetta's “Blum In” great protagonist. The cost is 15 euros per person, booking by phone at the facilities.
In the four evenings it will always start from 19:30. In addition to the UNA Foundation, there are other important sponsors regarding this important one diffusion of game cuisine throughout the territory. Slow Food, Federcaccia Bergamo, Sette Terre and Macelleria Serpellini guaranteed their support for the event. The meat in question is experiencing a golden moment and similar tastings only increase its popularity among end consumers.
