The provincial section of Terni of Italian Federation of Hunting commented on the situation regarding the taking of ungulates in Umbria. The association has received several complaints from members, taking into account the continuous emergency and damage to agricultural production. In particular, hunters fail to easily organize your hunts with the mandatory presence of the supervisory bodies, although it was clear from the start that the guards would be insufficient for the needs of the containment of wild boar.
Another problem is that of the days fixed in the calendar, namely Thursday and Saturday: many hunters are busy with work and it is therefore complicated to involve an adequate number of participants in the weekdays, which is why Sunday would have been preferable. Hunters who have opted for single-form sampling do not understand theirs exclusion from the management of the species.
Finally, the complaints refer to the request for an extraordinary cash contribution to allow the health visit of the animals that have been killed: the hunting reality of Terni has already paid a lump sum at the start of the hunting season, therefore this too is a topic to be clarified and deepened.
the hunter must learn to say NO! when the requests are clearly unmotivated ...
