La Regional Council of Tuscany, on the proposal of the Assessor Stephanie Saccardi, in yesterday's session approved some important resolutions regarding hunting. In particular, the procedure for establishing the CAV (Hunting Assistance Centers) as required by Article 5 bis of Regional Law 3/94. A step of great importance for the whole Tuscan hunting world aimed at affirming the principle of subsidiarity in hunting matters. Future CAVs will be entrusted with support tasks on specific activities relating to hunting; renewals and new authorizations for fixed positions, applications for the various hunting qualifications, promotion of the culture of safety, management of the portal for the insertion and release of the irremovable rings for live calls for hunting use.
A choice that leads to completion an important part of the spirit contained in the Regional Law 3/94 on hunting. For the first time at a national level, in the field of hunting activities, an innovative concept is applied for the simplification of some procedures and for the conferment of specific functions to trade associations, as it already happens in other sectors of public life.
A praise therefore to Councilor Saccardi for the affirmation of this important result which today places the Region of Tuscany once again at the head of a cultural process that we hope will also be followed by other regional realities.
