A real collapse: the Animalist Movement of the former minister Michele Vittoria Brambilla continues to lose consensus, as ascertained by the usual Monday poll released by News La7. The voting intentions were detected through the usual EMG Acqua survey and it was discovered that by now the animal rights political reality it even dropped below 1%. The first surveys of the Movement had brought to light 1,4% of the votes of Italians, then this number dropped progressively and inexorably over the weeks.
In particular, it passed from 23 to 30 October 1% to 0,8%, therefore in just seven days 0,2 percentage points were lost. Just a week ago, then, Brambilla herself bluntly accused the European Animalist Party to be responsible for this meltdown in polls. All this certifies a certainly not serene climate in the Italian animal rights world.
Meanwhile, the Piedmontese section of the Movement has jumped the "ball" of the gods bonfires in Val di Susa to ask for the closing of the hunting season throughout the region, an emergency that has sparked the fantasy of some reconstructions, according to which hunters are ready to shoot animals exhausted by fires.
