Le Recognized Hunting Associations (Italian Federation of Hunting, Enalcaccia, AnuuMigratoristi, Arci Caccia, National Free Hunting Association, Italcaccia, Game Producers) and the National Hunting and Nature Committee (CNCN), gathered in Unitary Control Room of the Hunting World, met on Saturday 9 February 2019, the opening day of the event, as part of HIT Show the Minister of the Interior and Deputy Prime Minister Matteo Salvini.
The meeting was also attended by Undersecretary Vannia Gava, the Honorable Guglielmo Golinelli, the President of the Constitutional Affairs Commission Stefano Borghesi, Senator Francesco Bruzzone and the Honorable Massimo Candura. THE issues addressed, on which the Minister reaffirmed his commitment, were: the proposal of the Ministry of the Environment sent to the European Commission on the modification of Key concepts with the relative option of restricting the times of the hunting season in Italy and the various problems related to the general relationship with Europe on themes and times related to hunting.
Furthermore, Salvini and the hunting associations have focused attention on the reappropriation in Italy of the skills related to hunting by the Ministry of Agriculture (among the most topical topics) and finally the distancing from the constitutional reform hypotheses of the referendum currently under discussion.
