From Dr. Michael Sorrenti of Italian Federation of Hunting An update on the status of the review procedure has been published Key concepts. On 10 and 11 July next, a Paris, an important meeting will be held just to talk about migration, with FACE at the forefront and the invitation extended to a representative of the Ministry of the Environment. As reported by Sorrenti, it will be possible to talk in a purely technical and scientific way with the French researchers who will present the theses relating to the migration of the month of February.
ISPRA (Higher Institute for Environmental Protection and Research) will instead leverage the end of January as has happened on other occasions. Federcaccia has meanwhile produced other documents to enrich their point of view, sending everything to the associations that will be present in the transalpine capital.
The attempt is to convince ISPRA about the confusion between winter movements and migration, since not all the movements in question can be considered as migrations. In any case the Commission will have to take a decision and then new updates await in this regard to understand the future of these hunting samples and the various positions at stake.
