For the Constitutional Court, the Ligurian Hunting Calendar is to be considered illegitimate therefore the Region is back at work to redo it.
The Hunting Calendar for the Liguria Region has been declared illegitimate by the Constitutional Court with two of its own judgments, therefore the Region will have to get back to work to set up the discipline of hunting for the next station.
These are the sentences n.105 and n.106 of the Constitutional Court, published and filed on April 26, 2012, which canceled the three-year hunting calendar of the Liguria Region valid for three hunting seasons from 2011 to 2014; the reasons of the Council are to be found in the fact that the Hunting Calendar was approved with Regional Law rather than with an administrative act and in the same three-year duration as the document which instead had to have annual validity as provided for by the state hunting law 157/92 with the exception of the plans of selection hunting for ungulates approved every year by the Provinces. However, the possibility for the Provinces to allow ungulates to hunt in the snow in the Apennine territories of the Region has also been canceled.
