La Confederation of Tuscan Hunters again turned to Marco Remaschi, Regional Councilor for Agriculture, recalling the urgency of the main issues. In particular, the discussion concerning the Law 10 of 2016 (the so-called "Objective Law") for which specific observations and the draft document with guidelines for detecting damage from wildlife were presented.
The choice of The Tuscan Regional Authority to arrive at the drafting of a single document of guidance on these detection criteria that have to do with ungulates, the CCT has highlighted the critical points that are now mandatory. The issues raised by the association are different. First of all, one cannot fail to refer to the regional fund also fed with public resources, to be built on the model of National Hunting Law.
In addition, the list includes the formation of a commission that monitors and controls the damage of wild animals and compliance with Article 11 of the Target Law. The latter provides that the Commission of the Regional Council start the evaluation process by 30 June 2018 (as happened last year). The passage in question, for the Confederation, must be guaranteed before any other choice linked to the possible continuation of the application of the regulatory text.
