Mauro Febbo e Lorenzo Sighs, councilors of Forza Italia as regards the Abruzzo region, asked for an immediate revision of Resolution 480 a few days ago which established the contiguous areas of the National Park. According to the two “Azzurri” exponents, in fact, this measure damages and penalizes hunters, even going against the agricultural world. Both recalled how Forza Italia was opposed to such an institution of the contiguous areas of the park, also because a modification of the national park law was long awaited.
In contiguous areas they may only hunt very few residents. According to the Abruzzo regulatory text, access would be allowed to members and admitted to the Territorial Hunting Area with hunting load 1/19 and not 1/35 as expected so far. Nor do they like the attitude of the Park which has welcomed the novelty and the authorization granted to those coming from outside the region to crowd the grounds of the Preparco.
Febbo and Sospiri have rejected without appeal the work of the Abruzzo Region, accused of not knowing the subject in detail. Finally, the law is considered responsible for ruining the wildlife management, the Territorial Areas of Hunting, the Preparco and the protected area.
