There are too many signs that denounce a systematic and well-organized aggression against all carriers of Rural culture. Too many timesAssociation for Rural Culture he warned, often unheard, of the dangers that ran and run our activities. Too many have been those who, once again believing in their own representatives, have decided not to give weight to threats that like clouds gathered on the horizon. Yet we at ACR had said it in time and had announced it very clearly. THE repeated and ferocious attacks on hunting they are only the prelude to many others that are about to be unleashed against all the bearers of rural culture.
We do not underestimate the initiative underway in Parliament aimed at changing the Italian Constitution with the inclusion of the animal protection and the attribution to them of rights as sentient beings. Farmers, breeders, fishermen, hunters, mushroom, truffle and wild herb hunters, are the object of the attacks of a small minority of thugs who start from the cultural approach according to which any activity not shared by them must be abolished. The measure is full and the limit of decency has been abundantly exceeded. This is why we have decided to prepare the mobilization of all the bearers of rural culture which will take the form of a series of regional demonstrations that will culminate in a large national protest demonstration to be held in Rome in front of the Italian Parliament.
National and local leaders of the Association for Rural Culture they will meet in the next few hours to agree on the various initiatives that will be held throughout Italy. Through the website of the Association for Rural Culture and its social pages, all the information will be provided for those who want to share our initiatives and participate in our demonstrations, to which all the bearers of rural culture are invited. We hope that companies operating in the rural culture sectors will grant their employees a day off and provide free means of transport to allow them to parade together with all the bearers of rural culture.
Better to take a day off to defend your rights rather than seeing their companies closed due to lack of customers and making their employees lose their jobs permanently. All our protests will be made while ensuring compliance with current regulations but this will not prevent us from manifest very loudly and to cry out our anger towards a political class unable to guarantee the rights of all citizens and towards those who, instead of protecting their associates, have thought too often of their own personal interests (Hon. Sergio Berlato - President pro tempore of the Association for Rural Culture).
