"Hunting in Sardinia: the state of the art and future prospects", this is the title of the meeting - debate to be held on Friday 27 September at 18 pm at the multipurpose center of the municipality of Oschiri, Piazza Nuccio Floris. After the welcome greeting of Mr. Mayor Piero Sircana, the meeting will begin with the awarding of Mrs. Valentina Acciaro huntress FIdC, winner of the first photo contest. Federcaccia Sardinia. Below there will be a part dedicated to hunting in Sardinian literature with the report by Dr. Roberto Carta on the civilization of hunting in Sardinian literature and cinema, and to follow the debate with Tino Demuru, author of the book "My 50 years of hunting in Sardinia". Closed the first part, we will proceed with the report of the Provincial President of the Sassari Federcaccia Mr. Mario Azara.
The intervention of the Regional President of FIdC Sardinia Avv. Davide Bacciu is also foreseen, who will report about the hunting calendar after his participation on Friday morning at the meeting of the regional wildlife committee, and in particular he will clarify what was decided in the committee on the opening of the hunting hares and partridges. There will also be an intervention dedicated to migratory hunting with the latest innovations illustrated with a video specially made by Dr. Michele Sorrenti of the FIdC Bird Migration Office.
A specific intervention will concern the wild boar hunting and the provisions of the fourth provision on the eradication of swine fever with requests for modification of the same. After the reports, an open debate will open on the topics covered with a final convivial moment.
