Simone Tofani, number one of the provincial section of Florence of Italian Federation of Hunting, went back to talking about one of the main issues they concern the FI5 Hunting Territorial Area. The hunting association has taken a position on the latest decisions of the commissioner, using very strong words. Here is what was written in the official statement of the Florentine FIDC: "In absolute silence and without any prior confrontation, we learned with amazement that the Commissioner from ATC 5 South Florence has decided to change the registration fees for the exercise of selection hunting for wild boar in an area not suitable for the year 2019.
The territory has been divided into 3 districts and, unlike what happened in 2018, those wishing to carry out this exercise throughout the ATC territory are forced to pay 20 euros more than in the past. An additional tax for hunters without our association having been involved in such choices. Maybe others do.
After much clamor, artfully unleashed by the professionals of the controversy, on quotas approved by ATC 4 Firenze Nord, for wild boar hunting, on this serious decision of the ATC FI 5 Commissioner, we have instead witnessed deafening silences which demonstrate to the hunters the will of some associations to argue exclusively according to the interlocutor! ".
