We report today's post of the honorable Barbara Mazzali, Lombardy Regional Councilor (Brothers of Italy): "Hold on David, your whole hunting family is holding their breath, we are waiting for some good news that tells us that you are out of danger. Let your courage be an example to those who, in a very ignorant and often disingenuous way, say that hunting dogs are mistreated. The tragedy was touched upon in the area of the Airone park in Bedizzole, where Davide, a 35-year-old hunter, threw himself into the Seriola canal to save his dog who slipped inside.
He didn't even think about it for a moment: the only important thing was to save his faithful auxiliary. Unfortunately he was unable to get out right away, he clung to a branch but slipped and finally asked for help when the freezing water began to wear down his strength. Some passers-by rescued him and managed to get him and the dog out (that David had not left even in the most tragic moments). The young hunter is now in the hospital and we can't help but wait for good news ”.
