GIVEN the Prime Ministerial Decree of 25 October 2020 concerning further measures against the spread of the COVID-19 contagion;
GIVEN the Ordinance no.82 of 20 October 2020 of the Campania region;
GIVEN the Clarification n.39 of 22 October 2020 of the Campania Region;
GIVEN the Ordinance n.83 of 22 October 2020 of the Campania Region
It is clarified that:
the hunting activity can be carried out in strict compliance with the ministerial provisions regarding the use of personal protective equipment, social distancing, frequent washing of hands, the prohibition of gathering together and the prohibition of creating possible spread of the COVID-19 infection. On the contrary, according to the latest DPCM of 25 October 2020, sector events and competitions are suspended until 24 November 2020, deadline at the time established by the DPCM itself.
It remains forbidden to practice hunting in a province of Campania other than the one in which one resides by birth and in which the habitual domicile is declared.
If the hunter resident by registry name in a province is registered in the lists of an ATC other than his own registry residence, he cannot carry out the hunting activity in that territorial hunting area and to exercise his right he must resort to booking hunting days through the hunting mobility procedure in the hunting area where he has his registered residence.
Hunting activity remains permitted for Campania hunters who are registered in the ATC lists outside the region and for those who are resident outside the region and are registered in an ATC of Campania.
In this case, only the crossing of the provinces of Campania other than those of registered residence is allowed to reach and / or return from an ATC outside the region.
It is also recalled that on the basis of the last of the Prime Ministerial Decree of 25 October 2020 all recreational and / or socio-cultural clubs must remain closed until 24 November 2020.
It should be noted that failure to comply with these provisions entails not only an administrative sanction but also the complaint pursuant toArt.650 of the Criminal Code "Failure to comply with the Authority's provisions" which provides, if the fact no longer constitutes a serious crime, an arrest for up to three months or a fine of up to € 206,00.
Federcaccia Campania invites all hunters in Campania to scrupulously observe these provisions, especially in the exercise of hunted wild boar hunting and in general in all forms of hunting that can create conditions of simultaneous presence of several hunters.
Section Presidents are urged to give maximum dissemination to hunters and to request scrupulous observance of all the provisions in force. (Press office Federcaccia Campania)
