The thirteenth edition of Expo Riva Hunting Fishing Environment is getting closer and closer: the event will take place on 24 25 and March next to Riva del Garda (province of Trento) the events not to be missed will be really numerous and one of these is undoubtedly the show cooking dedicated to game meat and fish with 50 tastings. The presence of the Trentino chef Alfio Ghezzi, which boasts two Michelin Stars, will guarantee the absolute exceptionality of the dishes.
The objectives of the event will be different, specifically the search for a real ecological balance and spontaneous products (the so-called foraging), in addition to the fact that no ingredients should be wasted. These extraordinary dishes, therefore, will be rich in taste and concepts and philosophies. But what exactly can you taste? The menu provides loin of venison, bitter chocolate and smoked marrow, asparagus and red berries, e partridge in two firings, barks, leaves, and mushroom extract.
In addition, there will be room for a marble trout with its gravy eggs and fried skin. The topics addressed will be, in particular, the reasons for the sweet (fruit, jams and jellies) and the bitter (chocolate bitter and coffee). The cost is twenty euro, including the entrance ticket to the Expo, to be collected directly at the fair.
