Federcaccia Bergamo reiterated that the conditions of the failure to grant exemptions have been known for some time, given that the Lombardy Regional Administrative Court has annulled the latest measures adopted legitimately. One of the main problems is represented by the small quantities and Bertacchi has indicated the three fundamental moments to open the coils. First of all, ISPRA must be notified no later than April 30th, then it is necessary to comply with a possible positive opinion and finally fully justify the opening in the event of a negative opinion.
April 30 has long since passed and the Lombardy Region has not warned the Institute about the opening of the roccoli, therefore the whole procedure becomes impossible.
