The court of Ferrara found no evidence of the alleged harassment of a hunter. For this a 55-year-old was acquitted because the fact does not exist. The story that ended yesterday in front of the judge was based on the lawsuit of a hunter against the man. The story is soon told. The defendant was accused of repeatedly harassing the victim, following him, also trying to parry in front of his car to prevent him from going to the usual places of the hunting activity. Frequently observing him with binoculars to monitor his every move.
The discussion had led the prosecutor to ask for the conviction of the accused a a fine of 500 euros. As already mentioned, the conviction did not proceed. However, this is not the first story that ended in front of a judge, which involves defendant and victim. A trial has already ended in reverse, when it was the 55-year-old who reported the hunter for harassment. Process which, however, has already concluded with a sentence of absolution (Il Resto del Carlino).
