It was a very positive week for the hunting world, especially after the news from Lombardy region, where they have been voted and some are realities amendments to the Simplification Law 2019 on the subject of hunting. The President of Federcaccia Bergamo Michael Bornaghi he thus expressed his satisfaction, pointing straight towards the novelty of the introduction of the regional observatory, a continuity with the research work that Federcaccia has implemented in recent years.
"The Lombardy Regional Council approved with the simplification law 2019 some news for fixed and temporary stalking, including the ability to prepare the shed the day before. It will be possible to take the exam for the license also at the UTRs of provinces other than that of residence and, moreover, the establishment of the provincial commissions for the authorization to hunt ungulates".
“Among the measures I underline the progress of the procedure for the establishment of the regional wildlife observatory, as an intervention of greater importance for the future of hunting. I hope that the nascent institution, defined by the councilor Rolfi "Our Ispra", can represent a valid tool for effective monitoring of the regional fauna. Scientific research, where Federcaccia is constantly engaged, represents a fundamental tool for influencing Ispra decisions and an opportunity to disseminate hunting as a sustainable activity and also necessary to preserve the fauna and the environment ".
