In yesterday's session, the regional council approved the proposed law of 4 November us submitted to the regional council by the councilor Paola Giorgi, on the amendments to some articles of the regional law 5 January 1995, n. 7 "Rules for the protection of wildlife and for the protection of the environmental balance and discipline of hunting" necessary and functional to the recognition of the legal personality of private law to the Territorial Areas of Hunting (ATC). This requirement is fulfilled with the definition of the responsibilities of the Management Committees and above all the limits on their financial participation in the prevention interventions and for the compensation of the damages caused to agricultural productions by wild fauna and by the exercise of hunting activities.
A modification that has been desired for some time and therefore welcomed by the ATCs and hunting associations which, following the recent regulations, have assumed an even more decisive and fundamental role in the implementation of the relevant provisions which obviously correspond to the obligations and obligations that the new law. puts it in an operational context of greater clarity and transparency. "Now - commented the commissioner Giorgi - we need a closer collaboration between the reasons of agriculture and the hunting world".
