Something moves after the letter sent by Federcaccia Campania to the Group Leaders in Regional Council to urge a stance in favor of loosening the very strict limits on movement envisaged in the Region by Governor De Luca at least for those activities, such as hunting, which take place outdoors and in ways that ensure maximum compliance with Anti Covid regulations, starting from the spacing. "The hunting activity has suffered unjustified limitations, up to now, regardless of the chromatic classification of the Campania Region, compared to other sports activities, as its development is carried out in very large areas, often individually and without the risk of gathering" .
He wrote it in a question to theCouncilor for Agriculture of the Campania Region, the parent company of Forza Italia, Annarita Patriarca. Which he continues underlining how "The prescriptions currently provided by the Campania Region, currently in the orange band, prevent - continues the question - tens of thousands of hunters from being able to carry out the activity within their own municipality of registered residence. This unequal treatment affects unevenly between subjects who pay equal and onerous payments for concessions issued by the State, the Region and the ATC, unlike those who can already currently practice motor or sports activities such as mountain biking, trekking, running, etc ... even outside the municipality of residence, in the absence of concessions ". For Forza Italia "the bans envisaged by the Region and the lack of feasible forecasts create problems, disparities and inevitable conflicts within the variegated hunting world, with the sole result of a generalized climate of protest".
A similar position was advanced by the Regional Councilor Diego Venanzoni, De Luca Group President, who, addressing the Councilor for Agriculture Nicola Caputo, requests the possibility of exercising hunting activities in theAtc of hunting residence, underlining the necessity and usefulness of its development. “In consideration of the importance of the public interest - writes Venanzoni - hunting activity cannot be subject to travel regulations, but it must be allowed in all municipalities falling within the ATC of registration, even if different from those of registered residence ".
