The provincial section of Rieti of Italian Federation of Hunting organized a conference entitled "Migration hunt - The importance of data collection". The event will take place from 9 to 13:30, to be precise in Fara in Sabina (at Martini Eventi). The interventions will be numerous.
In particular, after the greetings of Gianluca Troiani, vice president of Federcaccia Rieti, and the introduction of Francesco Bonomo, vice president of the Union of Italian Migration Hunters (UCIM), we will move on to technical reports of the day. The word will pass to Michele Sorrenti and Daniel Tramontana, technicians of the Centro Studi Federcaccia - Avifauna Migratoria. The insights will cover the role of science and technology at the service of research and the commitment of the hunting association to know and manage the species.
The focus will be on quail, larks, thrushes, woodcocks and turtle doves. Immediately after these interesting interventions, it will be the turn of Aldo Pompetti, number one of Federcaccia Lazio, and Charles Hausmann, regional councilor for hunting. The closing of the works will be entrusted to the provincial president of FIDC Rieti, Fiorenzo Panfilo. The appointment is of great interest in view of theopening of the hunting season 2017-2018.
