Caccia: The Ctfvn, set up at the Ministry of Agricultural Policies, has been assigned the task of a technical consultative body for all that concerns the application of the law on the subject.
With the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers (DPCM) of 21.01.2011, the Hon. Luciano Rossi, the appointment as member of the National Wildlife Hunting Technical Committee (CTFVN) by the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies - Department of Competitive Policies in the Rural and Economic World - Directorate General for Competitiveness for Rural Development.
The CTFVN, set up at the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies, which is renewed every five years, is entrusted with the tasks of a technical consultative body for everything concerning the application of the law concerning rules for the protection of homeothermic wildlife and for the hunting sampling.
The Committee includes authoritative appointments made by the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of the Environment and the Protection of the Territory and the Sea. The composition of the Committee was integrated with the names of the representatives of institutions and associations at national level.
On the proposal of the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies, the Hon. Luciano Rossi, representative of the Ministry itself, is delegated to preside, in the absence of the Minister, the CTFVN.
The meeting, to which the Hon. Rossi is invited, as a new member of the CTFVN, will take place at the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies, on 10 March approximately at 8 am on first call, and at 14.00 on second call with, on the agenda , the approval of the minutes of the last meeting of 12 January 2010; the presentation of the results of the project “Management problems linked to the transfer in Italy (enhancement of information relating to a problematic aspect of the application of EU directive 79/409); report on hunting surveillance activities (Article 33 of Law 157/92).
Prominent names flank, among the members of the CTFVN, the Hon. Luciano Rossi, who declared: “Important appointment signed by the Minister of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies and by the President of the Council of Ministers, as well as the participation of authoritative representatives on the Committee. A strong commitment will be needed to make this important body work, whose main task must be to unite and aggregate, bringing the agricultural world closer to the hunting world, combining it with particular attention to the defense of the environment and fauna, and give the necessary and due importance to such important and delicate issues.
The National Wildlife Hunting Technical Committee - hopes the Hon. Luciano Rossi - will have to be operational and will have to produce, analyze and provide information on the necessary changes to be made in the near future ”.
