Today April 30 in Agriculture Commission the amendments to the next simplification law will be discussed, including some concerning the regional law 26/93 on hunting in Lombardy. First of all on the Facebook page of the Regional Councilor Barbara Mazzali we have read the 19 amendments presented by the same for the modification of the Lombard law on hunting, which would be the result of "intense work with associations". Frankly we wonder which associations, since except for a comparison in December on the hunting question of selection to align the regional law with the national one with FIdC and Liberacaccia, not even Enalcaccia, CPA, ACL, ARCI, Italcaccia knew anything about the other amendments.
And the new regional president of ANUU joined the chorus of those in the dark. We regret even having to distance ourselves from many proposals, also because we see that even if supported by reasons "in good faith" they do not hit the mark at all, but some are particularly hostile to the hunting world and we are obliged to clarify that they are not the result of "intense work" with hunting associations, but if anything of the lack of involvement of the same. Yes, because of the amendments it is not necessary to read the announcement (among other things, amendment 16 does NOT eliminate the exclusive forms of hunting), but the text, to understand how they are going to transform the regional law and what this entails.
In particular, they are certainly not the result of comparison with Hunting Federation (and not even with others AAVV, we want to hope) what would allow the Region and the Province of Sondrio to establish zones of no seasonal hunting outside the wildlife plan for the most varied reasons (am. no. 5), what would restrict by 5 and a half months dog training in hunting farms believing to enlarge it, allowing it instead for only 3 months a year (am. no. 6), the one that would oblige associations to collect specific and individual proxies from each hunter to act as an intermediary in the return of the badges (am. forecast of the game boxes (am. no. 11).
And other amendments, dealing with those who really live and manage the problems of hunters, could be prepared in a really useful way, such as the one that would like to regulate in a certain way the response times on applications for refusal of admission to the areas, with consequent possibility of appeal. (amendment 13). Other amendments by Councilor Mazzali are of doubtful interest or of dubious legitimacy and we do not want to steal parenthood from anyone, not even from simple relatives. On the other hand, the amendments of the 5stelle are not surprising, which would like to double the size of the lure cages and impose the use of steel rings instead of lighter aluminum rings.
Other amendments, certainly more careful, were presented by the Councilors Floriano Massardi (relating to the conservation of fixed stalking, to the signature, to the hunting of woodcock in January in the ATCs, to the use of high visibility garments also in the selection hunting) and Giovanni Malanchini (relating to the simplification of the regulation on admissions to areas, which has become particularly complex to read and to use night optics for wild boar selection hunting). We will now see which amendments will pass the scrutiny of the Commission and we will also evaluate possible improvements in view of the Regional Council on 12 May.
The regional councilors Mazzali and Massardi.IO think that for the umpteenth time they will take a scoppola with some recourse to the TAR by the anti-hunts?
Strange that these councilors always give them the opportunity to do so; handing him his right side !!!
