As announced byArch Hunting, the annual decree has arrived, awaited by all lagoon hunters, which regulates hunting in the state-owned channels of the lagoons of Venice and Padua. The decree provides for these provisions:
1. to acknowledge that the premises constitute integral and substantial part of this provision;
2. to establish, for the reasons set out in the introduction, that in the course of the hunting season 2020/2021 hunting in the Venice Lagoon along the canals of Lugo, Lova, Cornio and Cavaizza and falling within the territory of the Metropolitan City of Venice and the Province of Padua, will be allowed in compliance with the following limitations:
a) hunting will be allowed on Sunday, starting from the third Sunday in September until the last Sunday in January;
b) the hunting can only be carried out by stalking identified by the territorially competent body or by the Organizational Unit for coordination and management of fish and fauna and venatoria Coastal Area - territorial offices of Venice and Padua and established by the territorially competent ATC; no more than three hunters can be present per stalking and it is forbidden to practice hunting in wandering form;
c) the hunt can only be carried out by hunters registered with the ATC who have made a prior request to the same before the start of the hunting season. The ATC, in compliance with the limitations set forth in this Decree, will form the list of hunters having the right to hunt along the canals during the hunting season;
d) the hunter authorized to hunt along the channels will not be able, on the same day in which he will have a stake in assignment, to carry out the hunting activity in other areas of the same ATC nor, limited to hunters enrolled in theATC VE5 "Lagunare Venezia", in any other ATC;
e) the assignment of the posting to the hunters included in the above lists will be carried out by the ATC which, for this purpose, will make use of a periodic public lottery system, with the control of the territorially competent body or by the Organizational Unit coordination e ichthyic and faunalistic management coastal area - territorial offices of Venice and Padua;
f) “over 100.200” or similar power ammunition may not be used;
3. to establish that the hunting activity carried out in the places and in the manner referred to in point 2, it will end at 12,00;
4. to do without prejudice to the Ordinances issued by the Interregional Superintendency for Public Works (formerly the Water Authority) for the purposes of navigation safety;
5. to also be without prejudice to the provisions of hunting calendar approved with DGR n. 764 of 16.06.2020, provided that it is not in contrast with this decree;
6. to instruct the Agri-Environment, Planning and Management of fish and wildlife-hunting management with the execution of this deed;
7. to inform that a judicial appeal may be filed against this provision before Regional Administrative Court within 60 days of knowledge or, alternatively, extraordinary appeal to the Head of State within 120 days;

8. to acknowledge that this provision it does not involve expenditure on the regional budget;
9. to publish this Decree in the Official Bulletin of the Veneto Region.
