On Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 April the world of hunting and sport shooting meets at Il Tarì Center of Marcianise (Caserta), for the second expected edition of HUNTING SHOW SOUTH, the show dedicated to fans of the South of the peninsula. Italian Exhibition Group is preparing an event expanded in numbers and enhanced in the offer that aims to be the reference point of the sector in the South. Strengthened by the success of HIT Show, in fact, which closed in Vicenza on February 11th, the great Italian brands of the sector met at Hunting Show Sud to bring the latest news, present the most innovative technologies and give the opportunity to hunting lovers and sportsmen of the shooting of the neighboring regions to see for yourself, try and buy the best Made in Italy products.
After last year's promising debut, the event features an increasing number of exhibitors. In the elegant and efficient Tarì headquarters, more than 100 brands will be represented on a total area of 10 thousand square meters. Ten firing lines set up to give the opportunity to test, in total safety, the most interesting novelties of the gunsmiths. Hunting and sporting weapons, components and accessories, ammunition, engraving, optics, soft air, cutlery, a wide selection of items for decoy birds, electronics and gps, clothing for hunting and outdoor, products for dog lovers, hunting tourism and much more will be on display at Hunting Show Sud, which takes place with the support of the main industrial associations, such as ANPAM and CONARMI, trade associations such as ASSOARMIERI, hunting associations and shooting federations.
An unmissable opportunity for visitors, but also an excellent business opportunity for producers and distributors which, thanks to Hunting Show Sud and the know-how of IEG, the leading national trade fair player for the number of directly organized events, can access a strategic territory, historically linked to the art of hunting. Overall, in fact, the South and the islands have a pool of enthusiasts that touches the 170 thousand units. Campania alone has 574 thousand hectares of land under programmed management for hunting, divided into 6 territorial hunting areas. The numbers of shooting sportsmen are also interesting: there are almost 100 thousand fans of this fast-growing discipline throughout Italy which in recent years has achieved important results in the main international competitions.
To the athletic performances of the world champions are added those of the Made in Italy industrial sector which has affirmed its international leadership in production for sports use for decades. Undisputed excellence worldwide, in the last four editions of Olympic Games, out of 63 medals awarded overall in the various skeet shooting specialties, the Italian gun industry distinguished itself by winning 61 with rifles and 51 with nationally produced ammunition. The two days in Caserta will be a real event. Thanks to the participation of the best training centers, dog lovers will be the protagonist with demonstrations of skill, reporting, research and obedience, as well as products and useful information to better enjoy one's passion in the company of four-legged friends. The falconry program that will allow visitors to Hunting Show Sud to rediscover, with the evolutions of hawks, buzzards and owls, the most ancient and noble of the forms of hunting.
