Also the fourth edition of the literary competition for short stories "Hunting, passion and memories" called by the section of Florence of Italian Federation of Hunting has come to an end. The Tuscan capital hosted the awards, confirming the success of previous years. The winner is Angelo Trimarchi Rosary from Milan, author of the story "The rose bush of woodcocks": as required by the regulations, the first prize consists of a Regalbox Weekend box with dinner for two and an annual subscription to the magazine "Cacciare a Palla".
This is a confirmation, given that Trimarchi also triumphed in 2017 with "Please, shoot yourself!", story of a friendship and a hunt from other times. The president of the Florentine Federcaccia, Simone Tofani, also presented the prizes to other competitors. The second place in the competition was won by Ivana Bettina Piazza with "Drops", winner of the box set Charming stay for two people.
In addition, the special jury prize went to Alessio Palazzolo, author of the story "Uncle Peppino told me" and winner of an annual subscription to “Sentieri di Caccia”. This latest magazine will publish all the award-winning stories. The intent of this event is also and above all to represent in a correct and positive way hunting, to be considered as a social glue between people, as well as a school of life and education.
