Provence, and especially the Côte d'Azur, seem to have attracted some of the most interesting hunting events of the last week of this April. In addition to European Chioccolo Championshipin fact, the first edition of the "Fête de la chasse e du terroir", literally the festival of hunting and the territory. The appointment was set for Sunday 24 April in La Cadière-d'Azur, a town of about 5 inhabitants overlooking the sea and not far from Toulon and Marseille.
The party program will start at 8:30 am and end at 18:30 pm: the organization was managed by the Municipality together with the Société de Chasse "L'Azur". Very interesting will be the market set up at the same time. In fact, the term “terroir” also indicates in Italian a geographical area where it is possible to make a specific and identifiable wine with the unique characteristics of its territoriality.
That's why, in addition to the hunters and the producers of hunting articles, local winegrowers and artisans will be involved who will showcase their products. Not one will be missing dog show to embellish the day, not to mention the local dances, much appreciated in these parts and frequently proposed in similar events. In a nutshell, a stone's throw from the border between Italy and France there will be ten Sunday hours dedicated to a cordial, lively event dedicated to hunting and tradition.
