Hunting: Liguria, unanimously approved the agenda of Francesco Bruzzone to give back to the Region the possibility of approving a law.
The Ligurian Regional Council unanimously approved the agenda on hunting presented by the group leader of the Northern League, Francesco Bruzzone, and signed by the other group leaders, which proposes the assignment to regional bodies of the possibility of approving the Venatori Calendars also by law. The document traces the path of the hunting calendar, between appeals and counter appeals. "This situation has created and is creating considerable difficulties for the hunting citizens of our region and has emphasized the need for this Regional Council to claim its role and to have greater certainty in this matter than the acts it issues", yes reads in the voted text. “Having recalled the decision of the Council no. 105 of 26 April 2012 with which an authentic interpretation of the contents of law no. 157/1992 establishing that the hunting calendars must be approved with an administrative act and not with a law, but not declaring the possibility of implementing them with a law provision as anti-constitutional if the national law provides for it ”, he continues.
Finally, considering that "in the years prior to the 2011/2012 hunting season the Regional Council of Liguria, as well as many other Regional Councils, has always used the instrument of the law provision for the adoption of hunting calendars", the document commits the President and Regional Council "to promote and support an interest in the State-Regions Conference so that the Italian Regions may be given the possibility to approve the hunting calendars for future seasons, also by law,".
