The core of Magenta (province of Milan) of the Italian Federation of Hunting has organized a very interesting hunting course in collaboration with AlpVet Associated Firm, active in veterinary, wildlife and environmental consultancy. The nucleus of the association is named after Eligio Colombo and has decided to start a series of lessons for the preparation forexam that will enable the Alpine Zone.
There will be three days of the course in total, namely 6, 8 and 13 November 2018. Furthermore, the chosen venue is precisely that of the Federcaccia di Magenta, specifically in Via Cadorna 12. What topics will be addressed exactly? On Tuesday 6 November the teachers will deepen everything that has to do with bovidae and alpine deer: in practice, participants will know more about the recognition, biology and management of these animals.
Thursday 8 November will instead be the turn of the main elements of ecology and legislation for hunting in the Alpine area. The last day, that of Tuesday 13 November, will be dedicated to alpine galliformes. Consequently, the last hours of lessons will cover black grouse, ptarmigan and rock partridge, in addition to white hare, with the usual reference to recognition, biology and management. Registrations, to be made at the FIDC Magenta representatives, will close on 31 October.
