A delegation from the Confederation of Tuscan Hunters with the Secretary Marco Romagnoli, he met the councilors Remaschi (Agriculture and hunting) and Fratoni (Environment), to address the problems inherent in the new authorizations, variations and displacements of fixed stalking falling within the areas subject to the constraints of 2000 network (SIC, SIR, ZPS, etc.). The meeting was requested a few weeks ago by the managers of the CCT and of the Associations confederate to it, to identify the operational solutions, necessary to overcome the constraints imposed by the regional offices, for the new concessions and displacements of fixed positions.
These constraints provided for the presentation of environmental impact certifications for the stakeouts concerned and that today they involve numerous hunters on the regional territory. On the occasion, the managers of the CCT, in addition to developing in technical terms the reasons for a substantive opposition to this approach, promptly delivered a legal brief, in support of the need to proceed to overcome a situation seriously detrimental to the certainty of the right.
The competent Councilors, with the support of their respective offices, they collected the observations presented and identified, already on the occasion of this meeting, the possible solutions for overcoming the problem. In particular, a specific simplified procedure will be envisaged, which, through the relative forms, will allow the hunter to overcome these problems with simplicity. This form will be available within the next August 25th. It will be our care, in the coming days, to inform the hunters in a more timely and precise way, on the further developments of the affair.
