Now two local associations have decided to appeal against the sentence of the Abruzzo Regional Administrative Court which it sanctioned the early closure of the turdidae and woodcock hunting. We are talking about the regional sections ofArch Hunting ed Enalhunt, whose appeal concerns the shift of the time limit from January 19, 2017 to December 31, 2016. These 19 days less have never convinced and on December 15 there will be a hearing to see if they will be "returned" to the Abruzzo hunters. The appeal to the administrative judges was presented by the WWF. The TAR accepted the complaints relating to the extension of the hunt beyond the end of the year for woodcock, cesena, song thrush and redwing. In particular, the violation of the precautionary principle that occurs whenever there is no preventive monitoring of individual species in the territory was recognized.
