The intervention of the president Maffei
The National President of Arci Caccia Christian Maffei writes a letter to hunters to express his point of view following the press releases from the animal-environmental and hunting world on the issue of KC and the possibility of an infringement procedure for Italy.
The themes of hunting in Europe
This is the text: “Dear hunting friends, sometimes I think that in Brussels, on hunting issues, they judge us a bit like those classes that are always sent by the Headmaster to be scolded. A few environmentalist associations begin which, not satisfied with the intense judicial activity to which they submit the national justice, react like the obnoxious nerd with a: "then I'll tell the teacher" and invoke the infringement procedure. The hunters get up, like the pupil who can never keep silent, and with a peremptory "I justify myself - but I was right", they display a series of data and considerations.
Hunters suffer
“The Government, the one placed on the bench of the accused, having to answer the objections, will be crushed between the obnoxious nerd and the one who has it for everyone and with a reckless tightrope maneuver will try to argue on the teacher's requests. Not a good show, also because the rest of the pupils, the hunters, will suffer the punishment which, as always happens with poorly enlightened teachers, will be the same for everyone and never really fair. Perhaps we, as a country, would need a class assembly on the subjects dear to us to clarify ourselves and see if we can get an unpleasant nerd and a braggart student to agree before the teacher speaks. One question remains, who is bothering to convene this assembly? (source: Arci Caccia).
