Hunting qualification and sampling
The Siena Sud Territorial Hunting Area announces that starting from today, Monday 8 January 2024, registrations are open for the selection hunting districts both for those who are authorized to selective hunting of deer and wild boar than for those who are qualified only for the wild boar species.
Sending questions
The applications (with the valid identification document attached) must be delivered to the ATC no later than 12:00 on 31 January 2024 and must be sent within the established deadlines (under penalty of cancellation of the request) , via email to the address [email protected] or by hand/post at the Atc 8 Siena Sud headquarters in Chianciano Terme in Viale Dante 23; for shipments by post, the time of arrival will be considered and not the postmark. In the case of registration requests from hunters residing outside the region, in addition to the form and identity document, the certificate of equivalence issued by the Tuscany Region must also be sent as an attachment; in the absence of this documentation the application cannot be accepted.
Saturated districts
The Tuscan ATC has also communicated that in the case of saturated districts it will not be possible to add further selecontrollers. In the case of districts with limited places, priority will be given to selectors resident in the municipalities within the district as per the regulations (source: ATC Siena Sud).
