Il Consortium of Italian gunsmiths has planned the first Intensive Weapons License Course 2016: the lessons, divided into two phases, will take place from 22 to 26 February and from 20 to 22 April at the company's headquarters in Gardone Val Trompia, in the province of Brescia. It is a course that is open to all those people who have the desire to deepen the subject of arms legislation, as well as preparatory for the assessment of technical capacity. Participation allows you to obtain adequate preparation from a regulatory point of view, in order to privately access the qualification exam.
The Consortium will provide a volume updated the week before the start of the course to study and deepen the classification of weapons, Italian and EU laws, various techniques, sales, safety at work and the qualification exam. The teachers will be highly qualified as regards the different sectors of origin and there will also be a two-hour lesson by the National Test Bench to know the ammunition technique. The subjects are divided into five distinct categories. First of all, the legislation on common weapons and weapons of war will be studied.
The second category is that of the technique of long and short weapons: therefore, the functioning of the weapons, their parts, assembly and disassembly, repairs, steel, heat treatments, safety, ammunition and ballistics will be studied. . The third category concerns the explosive materials, therefore, the classification of substances, authorizations, sales, methods of detention, fire-fighting equipment, the loading and unloading register and quantities allowed to private individuals.
Then there is the category of the Banco Nazionale di Prova with its history, hallmarks, acronyms and main tasks. The last category is that of work safety and fire prevention: participants will study the legislation related to the manufacturing, repair and sale of common firearms and the handling of explosive materials. The minimum number of participants to start the course is 15: registrations can be submitted until next February 17th.
Lessons will take place from 8:30 to 12:30 (morning) and from 14 to 18 (afternoon). Conarmi will guarantee all students the necessary assistance, furthermore any regulatory updates that may be introduced after the start of the lessons will not be neglected. At the end of the two phases of February and April, participants will receive a certificate of participation, useful for prepare for the exam and have properly understood the essential concepts.
