An appointment for true connoisseurs and much awaited. There "Wild boar dinner" will take place in exactly three days, Saturday 16 April 2016, at the MCL Club of San Rocco (Pistoia), an opportunity for convivial meeting warmly recommended by the organizers of Federcaccia Tuscany. It had been several months that this dinner was requested, which will see the ungulates as the protagonist and now all interested parties will be able to participate with great enthusiasm. Which menu is planned for the "Wild boar dinner"?
The chefs of the Pistoia section of the federation and of the same club have decided to focus on a typical appetizer of Tuscan cuisine, rich and well cared for in the preparation with delicious mixed croutons. The first dish proposed will be of tagliatelle with wild boar sauce, while for the second you can taste the delicious animal with garnish of olives black. Everything will be completed by homemade desserts, without forgetting the Tuscan red wine, water and coffee.
The appointment was set at 20 pm. The tasty "Wild boar dinner" will see the return to collaboration between Federcaccia and the Circolo MCL di San Rocco, as has been pointed out by the representatives. There will not be room only for the pleasure of good food, as usual indispensable, but also for aggregation and socialization.
Hunters, supporters and ordinary citizens will have the opportunity to get to know each other even better and to establish some important points of contact. It is no coincidence that the dinner is open to all interested parties, both lovers of hunting and foodies and connoisseurs of quality cuisine.
