As announced by the sections of Benevento di Anuu, Arci Caccia, Eps, Italcaccia and Libera Caccia the competent Regional Offices have eliminated the useless "gabelle" deriving from the single stamp registration that every hunter would have had to present for the formation of the Provincial register of wild boar hunters by 13 July. With executive decree no. 99/2018, which modifies and integrates the previous one, the new forms, the application is on plain paper and there is no longer the previously set deadline. In line with the digitalisation of the public administration and with the provisions of the executive decree 173/2018 in the part in which it provides that the hunter in the request to print the card he must specify whether he intends to hunt driven wild boar during the hunting season.
In the event of an affirmative choice, the pages of the card will carry an additional signature consisting of the sentence "REQUEST FOR HUNTING WILD BOAR" which will be a necessary pre-requisite for the possible admission of the hunter in a team for the exercise of the driven boar hunt. In addition, hunters who did not select the driven wild boar hunting option during the card printing phase, for the entire hunting season, they will not be admitted to any team for the exercise of the driven wild boar hunt. However, the obligation remains to be validated and stamped on the hunting card by the competent offices before the hunt is authorized.
For the first time ever, in the Province of Benevento, it will be possible to hunt wild boar in turn exclusively from hunters registered in the provincial register. The Samnite Hunting Associations, also through their respective regions, have for years been carrying out the request for the inclusion of this further form of wild boar hunting, which is added to the hunted (driven) and occasional hunting. Individual hunters enrolled in a team will be able to carry out other types of hunting, other than boar hunting, on the days when hunting is allowed only if they are not included in the daily log of hunted wild boar hunting.
It still remains to be filed with regard to the identified non-homogeneous wild boar hunting areas, which see areas of over 4000 hectares and areas of less than 400 hectares, for which a diversification of treatment would have been appropriate for the composition of the teams, perhaps the number of the components of the teams, proportional based on their extension and not fixed for all.
